I am a Toyota-trained expert in manufacturing operations with over 20 years of hands-on experience across a range of industries and international markets, including the U.S., Canada, Europe, China, and South America. My manufacturing career began at General Motors/Delphi Harrison Thermal Systems in Moraine, Ohio, where I served as a frontline supervisor. I then joined Toyota Motor Manufacturing West Virginia in Buffalo, WV, where I was part of the startup team for Toyota’s first automatic transmission plant in the U.S. and spent nearly seven years deeply immersed in the Toyota Production System.

Following my tenure at Toyota, I transitioned into operations consulting, bringing Lean and operational excellence principles to a broader client base. I served as a consultant, project manager, and director at Argo, Inc. for over seven years, and later joined Alvarez & Marsal’s Private Equity Performance Improvement division as a director, also for nearly seven years. My expertise lies in driving operational transformation, improving productivity, and delivering sustainable performance improvement for both corporate clients and private equity-backed companies.
